Learned advocate for the State is directed to handover a copy of the medical report to the learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner. The medical report so signed by Dr. Kirthi Vardhan TK reflects that 'Multiple tiny splenic parenchymal calcifications.

No other significant abnormality seen'.

Having considered the same and the fact that the bail application is pending for about 6 months before this Court, I am of the opinion that the petitioner would be at liberty to canvas afresh before the learned Trial Court both in respect of the medical issues as well as the merits of the case. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner takes exception to the reports and reserves his right to challenge the contents of the report. If any prayer is made before the learned Trial Court for constituting a Board, learned Trial Court will

consider the merits of such submission and consequently decide the same.

As such CRM (M) 395 of 2025 is dismissed at this stage. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
