He submits he was not present at the place of occurrence. He prays for bail. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. Number of persons had shot at two victims who suffered gunshot injury. A mobile phone was snatched from another victim. SIM card of the said mobile was recovered from the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
