The grievance of the petitioner pertains to non-consideration of a representation dated 5th May, 2022.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the private respondents have wrongfully and illegally taken possession of the subject plot of land.

The private respondents are unrepresented.

The State is represented and submits that they have no objection if the representation of the petitioner is considered by the respondent no. 5. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, WPA No. 10018 of 2022 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no. 5 to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and dispose of the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of

communication of this order and after giving notice to all concerned parties, including the private respondents.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and the respondent no. 5 is at liberty to deal with the representation without being influenced in any manner on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid directions, WPA No.

10018 of 2022 stands disposed of.
