The petitioner complains that he is being resisted by the private respondents from repairing his building.

I do not find in any of the enclosures which have been addressed to the authorities that there is any obstruction created at the behest of the private respondents. Petitioner has already approached the Executive Magistrate. The Executive Magistrate in M. Case No. 1006/2025 directed the police authorities to submit a report. Since the Executive Magistrate is in seisin of the issue, if the petitioner is faced with any inconvenience, petitioner will take up the issues with the Executive Magistrate.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 10544 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
