The petitioner is aggrieved by the act on the part of the Co-operative Election Commission in fixing up the date of hearing on May 15, 2024.

It has been submitted that the Co-operative Election Commission ought to have decided the matter in terms of the direction passed by the Court and should have passed final order within March 2024. Learned advocate representing the Election Commission submits, upon instruction that, the order passed by the Court will be duly complied with and final order will be passed in the matter by April 30, 2024.

In view of the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the Commission, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Co-operative Election Commission to pass final order by April 30, 2024.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
