Mr. Kaushik Chowdhury...for the Petitioner Mr. Ratul Biswas ....for the Respondent The matter relates to upper primary selection process initiated by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission. The matter has similarity to another matter in which the order has been passed by this court being WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.).

Learned advocate submits that the petitioners are covered by the said judgment. However, I am told that the said order has already been carried to appeal and the appeal court had passed an order and therefore, the order passed by this court has merged with the said appeal court's order.

However, the petitioners have liberty to follow the order passed by the appeal court.

With the above direction, this writ application is disposed of.
