Petitioner Mr. Arnab Chatterjee ... ... for the petitioner Mr. Ranabir Roy Chowdhury Mr. Sandip Chakraborty ... ... for the State Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in murdering the victim resulting in his death, we are of the opinion in view of the gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.

However, trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
