Mr. Sen, learned advocate appearing for the review applicant says that he has instructions to withdraw this review petition but prays for liberty to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of the grievance of the applicant.

RVW 78 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, this will not preclude the review applicant from approaching such authority as he may be advised with appropriate representation to ventilate his grievance.
