The order proposed to be passed in the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India would not cause any prejudice to the opposite parties, as such, service of notice of the present application upon the said opposite parties is dispensed with.

The petitioner is the plaintiff of Ejectment Suit no. 781 of 2021 which is pending before the 2nd Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Barasat, District: 24-Parganas (North).

The petitioner is praying a direction for expeditious disposal of his pending application for injunction in the said suit.

The learned Trial Judge therefore, is requested to dispose of the said application for injunction as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law, if the same is otherwise ready for such disposal, and thereafter shall make all endeavour to bring the Ejectment Suit no. 781 of

2021 to its logical conclusion within a reasonable time, and in doing so, shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. C.O. 1459 of 2024 is thus disposed of without any order as to costs.

The petitioner shall communicate this order to the opposite parties.
