The petitioner prays for bail in connection with Manikchak Police Station Case No.279 of 2020 dated 20.10.2020 under Sections 498A, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned advocate for the State produces copy of an order dated August 26, 2021 passed in CRM 4459 of 2021 wherein this petitioner was granted bail by a co-ordinate

Bench of this Court in connection with the same police station case.

In view of the above, learned advocate for the petitioner says that she does not want to press this application. Accordingly, CRM 4593 of 2021 is dismissed for nonprosecution.
