Accordingly, the review application being RVW 99 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh for the selfsame relief.

The Assistant Court Officer is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned Judgment and the order to the learned Advocate-on-record of the applicant of the review application upon replacement with a photocopy thereof in course of this day.
