And In Re : Shikanta Ghosh ..... petitioner Mr. Arup Kumar Bhowmick ... for the petitioner Ms. Anasuya Sinha Ms. Jonaki Saha ... for the State Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the grave nature of injuries suffered by the victim and as the petitioner had absconded for a considerable period of time, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
