Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that as the final order has been passed under the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, this application has become infructuous. Thus, there is no scope to pass any further order in this application.

In view of the submission made by the learned Advocate for the petitioner, this revisional application is disposed of as infructuous.

However, it is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and the parties are at liberty to take steps in accordance with law.
