Commercial quantity of contraband item was recovered from the possession of the petitioners. In view of the restrictions in Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to entertain the petitioners' prayer for bail. The petitioners say that they are in custody for about one year and three months. Charge has not been framed. We request the learned trial Court to expedite the consideration of charge and bring the trial to an end as soon as the business of the court may permit.

The application for bail being CRM 4604 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.
