Petitioner complains of police inaction.

Learned senior advocate appearing for the State submits that, the complaint of the petitioner was investigated into and that a final report was submitted before the jurisdictional Court on June 29, 2021. He relies on telephonic message receipt signed by the petitioner on June 29, 2021 stating that, the final report was submitted before the learned Court, Sealdah on 29.06.2021.

The writ petition is bereft of any statement with regard to the receipt of such message from the police.

Be that as it may, the police having concluded the investigation and submitted its final report before the jurisdiction Court, no further interference is called for.

W.P.A. 11221 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly. [Debangsu Basak, J.]
