In connection with Bhimpur police station case no. 401 of dated 23.10.2023 under Section 341/323/325/308/304/34 of the IPC.

1. Considering the materials available in the case diary, and the fact that other similarly circumstanced co-accused was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 25.4.2025 in CRM (A) 1318 of 2025 and that charge-sheet has been submitted, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner.

2. In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to further conditions that the petitioner shall not threaten or intimidate witnesses. The petitioner shall stay outside the jurisdiction of Bhimpur Police Station for a period of six months from date, except for attending the jurisdictional Court or meeting the Investigating Officer.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

4. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
