Commercial quantity of contraband item was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. In view of the restrictions in Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for bail. The petitioner says that he is in custody for about one year eight months. Charge has not been framed. We request the learned trial Court to expedite the consideration of charge and bring the trial to an end as soon as the business of the court may permit.

The application for bail being CRM 4606 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.
