10.06.2022 sdas rejected C.R.M.(A) 2562 of 2022 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Ratua Police Station Case No. 530 of 2021 dated 02.10.2021 under Sections 341/326/307/354/34 of the Indian Penal Code and adding Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

And In Re : Aslam @ Islam & Ors. ..... petitioners Dr. Juotirmoy Adhikary ... for the petitioners Mrs. Z. N. Khan Mr. Arup Sarkar ... for the State Having considered the materials on record including statements of the witnesses which show that the petitioners were present at the place of occurrence and had participated in the murder of the victim, we are of the opinion, in view of gravity of the offence, this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
