At the time of hearing, Mr. Chaudhuri, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner has submitted a server copy of the order dated 28.07.2025 as passed by a Division Bench of this Court in MAT 1966 of 2024. 2.

It is submitted by Mr. Chaudhuri that from paragraph no. 7 of the said order dated 28.07.2025, it would reveal that the private respondent in the said appeal who is the writ petitioner in the present contempt application had given an undertaking before the Hon'ble Division Bench in the said appeal that he will not proceed with the contempt proceeding.

The server copy of the order dated 28.07.2025 is taken on recod.

In view of such submission, let the instant contempt application go out of list.
