Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that inspite of the representation addressed to the Officer-in-Charge, Neamatpur I.C., Kulti Police Station, no steps were taken. Such representation was sent on or about 06.04.2023. Petitioner claims that there has been already demarcation in respect of the property. Petitioner also complains of disputes being raised regarding the issue of ingress and egress of the petitioner.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms.

Srilekha Bhattacharyya, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State is directed to represent the State. Her appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

In view of the passage of time which has lapsed, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Inspector-in-Charge, Kulti Police Station, the concerned Inspector-in-Charge would ensure that the

dispute which is raised in the representation as a continuation of the earlier representation dated 06.04.2023 be addressed in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations WPA 10573 of 2023 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
