And In the matter of : Sujan Mandal ...... petitioner Mr. Kalyan Ghosh ....for the petitioner Mr. Kunal Ganguly ....for the State Petitioner claims that, he is not the same person against whom police are proceeding.

In support of such contention, learned advocate for the petitioner relies upon Aadhar Card of the petitioner and his father. He also refers to the First Information Report. Materials in the Case Diary suggest otherwise. There are aliases of the petitioner as also of his father. Materials in the Case Diary require custodial interrogation of the petitioner.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
