Report submitted by the State reflects that the shop of the petitioners is open. Earlier, an accusation was made that the shop of the petitioners was closed.

In view of the report submitted by the State today, enclosing the photograph, I am of the view that the contentions earlier advanced before this Court do not have foundational facts.

Having regard to the purpose for which the writ petition has been preferred and the same having been sub-served, I am of the view that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 10496 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocates appearing for the parties.
