1. It has been brought to the notice of the Court that pension and the provident fund dues of the petitioner have already been disbursed up to date.

2. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the municipality regularly delays in disbursing his pensionary dues.

3. As it has been brought to the notice of the Court that as on date there is no due of the petitioner, accordingly, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further. The contempt application stands disposed of.

4. The order of freezing of salary of the officers of the municipality stands recalled.

5. In the event the petitioner has any further grievance, then it will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent Court in an appropriate proceeding.

6. The respondents shall make sure that pension of the petitioner is released on timely basis.

7. All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities (Amrita Sinha, J.)
