Mr. Golam Mastafa Mr. Tarasankar Samanta ........For the Petitioners The petitioner gifted a plot of land upon which the Sub Inspector of School's Office has been constructed. Now the petitioner and his son one in dire strait. He prays for consideration of his son's employment being the petitioner no.2 in any of the post of the Commissioner of School Education in the district of Malda. The petitioner no.2 is agreeable for any contractual job also.

I cannot pass any positive order in this matter except saying that the matter can be considered sympathetically by the Commissioner of School Education in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from date after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to pass an order within a period of two weeks from the date of hearing and communicate the same to the petitioner by two weeks thereafter.

With the above observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
