1. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there are formal defects in the aforesaid writ petition and as such he prays for leave to withdraw the same to file afresh.

2. Mr. Chowdhury, learned advocate appearing for the respondent nos. 1 to 4 does not raise any objection to such prayer.

3. However, Ms. Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing for the respondent nos. 5 to 7 raises objection but she could not identify on what ground such objection has been raised.

4. Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the repsective parties and having considered the materials on record, I am of the view that since there are formal defects in the writ petition, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw to the aforesaid writ petition.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition being WPA 11443 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the self same cause of action.
