At the time of call Ms. Das, learned advocate appears on behalf of the petitioners and submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 29th September, 2022 she made attempt to obtain instructions from the petitioners by sending letters to them however, she has not received any instructions.

Municipality is represented by learned advocate.

In view of such submission made on behalf of the petitioners, it appears that the petitioners have lost interest.

The writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Notice dated 18th October, 2022 along with postal slips are taken on record.
