The petitioners are aggrieved by the inaction of the police officers of Hariharpara Police Station as the representation which was furnished with the police authorities on or about 6th April, 2023 was not acted upon.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Hariharpara Police Station Case No. 190/2023 dated 03.05.2023 was registered for investigation on the basis of a complaint of one Akram Ali who is the petitioner no.2 herein.

The investigating authorities, on conclusion of investigation, has already submitted charge-sheet.

Be that as it may, since the purpose for which the writ petition was preferred has already been subserved, I am of the opinion that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 10575 of 2023 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
