The petitioner is aggrieved about the rejection of his application for transfer by the school, made on the grounds of medical condition of his wife. The School is seriously short of staff, and only nine teachers are available for 366 students.
This Court notes that the petitioner's wife is also an Assistant Teacher in Khajra S.C.M. High School (HS) under Keriary Block.
In that view of the matter, and considering the facts of the case as a whole, this Court does not deem it necessary to interfere with the rejection order impugned by the writ petitioner, sitting under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.
There will be no order as to costs.
