In Re: CAN 1 of 2025 23.07.2025 Court No. 35 D/L. No.1 Rakib In the order dated 20.05.2025 the reference to the civil case in the order has been inadvertently made as "T.S. 153/2023 which is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Barasat, South 24 Parganas", the same is incorrect and should be correctly read as "T.S. 133/2023 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas". This may be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 20.05.2025.

Department is directed to incorporate necessary corrections.

Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
