Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that there is no document annexed to the writ application to indicate that the petitioner is the recorded owner of the house which he claims belongs to him. There is only one pleading in paragraph 16 of the writ application that the petitioner has been thrown out of his house. A complaint to that effect was lodged with the concerned police station. It is submitted that the FIR against the petitioner has resulted in a charge-sheet under Sections 498A/307 of the Indian Penal Code. The proceedings under the Domestic Violence Act are also since pending. (Rajasekhar Mantha, J.)
