1. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for about 9 months and 500 grams of brown sugar were recovered from the possession of the present petitioner.

2. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

3. I have taken into account the chemical examiner's report also, which satisfies the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Sentu Seikh vs. State of West Bengal [SLP (Crl.) No. 13987 of 2025].

4. Having considered the aforesaid facts, at this stage, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

5. Petitioner shall renew the prayer for bail after evidence of seizure list witnesses are completed before the learned Trial Court.

6. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 994 of 2026 is dismissed.

7. All parties shall act in terms of the server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.

8. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
