Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. As per the direction of the Hon'ble Appeal Court dated 18th January, 2022, respondents are directed to file affidavit in opposition to the writ petition only confining to the issue as to whether show-cause notice was issued and served upon the assessee petitioner before passing the impugned order dated 30th March, 2021 by the Joint Commissioner, Central Goods and Service Tax which is the limited issue involved now in view of the order of the Appeal Court. Such affidavit in opposition confining to the issue of service of notice before passing the impugned order with supporting documents be filed by 5th May, 2022; petitioner to file reply thereto, if any, by 10th May, 2022.
