By reason of a typographical error in the cause title of the order dated 29th April, 2022 the number of the appeal has been incorporated as 'FMA No.423 of 2014' in place and stead of 'MAT No.423 of 2014'.

Office is directed to effect necessary correction in the order dated 29th April, 2022.

This order shall be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 29th April, 2022. The other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

On the prayer of the learned advocate appearing for the appellants, the appeal and the connected applications are dismissed for non-prosecution.

Let the written instruction, as produced, be kept on record.
