This writ petition was taken up for hearing on two previous occasions 14th December, 2021 and 21st December, 2021 and on both the occasions learned advocate representing writ petitioner prayed for accommodation. On the last occasion, the matter was adjourned to enable the learned advocate of the writ petitioner to come prepared before this Court upon obtaining necessary instruction.

Pursuant to the order dated 21st December, 2021 today matter is taken up for hearing when no one appears for the petitioner either physically or on virtual mode and no accommodation is prayed for though printed list has been published.

It appears that the petitioner has lost interest. The writ petition stands dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
