Anwar Hossain Ms. Sreyashee Biswas ...... for the State Having considered the materials in the case diary disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in torturing the victim housewife who suffered unnatural death within one and a half year of marriage, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
