It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are in custody for about a month. Accordingly, they pray for bail. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. Injuries are not life-threatening. Keeping in mind the aforesaid fact and the period of detention suffered by the petitioners, we are of the opinion further detention of the petitioners is not necessary. Therefore, the petitioners, namely (1) Soumitra Jana, (2) Kiran Jana & (3) Kartick Jana, be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.

and shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever.
