Report submitted by the learned Chief Judge, City Sessions Court, Calcutta and the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 18th Court, Calcutta be kept on record. The petitioner happens to be the complainant. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there has been progress in the case and the next date is fixed on 15.01.2024 for examination of the accused persons under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Learned Magistrate would take efforts to conclude the process under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by 31.01.2024. Two months time be granted to the accused persons to adduce defence witness. The learned Magistrate thereafter by 30.04.2024 will take efforts to pronounce his judgement/verdict in connection with Complaint Case No. C/10075 of 2014. Learned trial court is directed to stick to the time line and not to stretch the same any further. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1617 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
