Learned counsel for the State draws the attention of the Court to Annexure P/7 to the writ petition which indicates that such compensation was offered to the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that if a representation is filed by the petitioner in this regard, it may be considered by the authority.
Having heard the submissions made on behalf of the parties and material on record, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation with all relevant documents before the respondent No. 4 who is the additional Land Acquisition Officer, Purba Medinipur Land Acquisition Department,
Tamluk, Purba Medinipur, ventilating his grievance, within a fortnight from date. The respondent No. 4 shall consider and dispose of the representation after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties including the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of the representation, in accordance with law.
W.P.A. 9560 of 2019 is disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.
