Dr. M. Saha Roy Mr. Debanjan Chatterjee ... for the WBSEDCL The grievance of the petitioner is directed against a provisional assessment order dated 12th March, 2025 alongwith the final assessment order dated 3rd April, 2025.

By the final assessment order, the petitioner has been directed to pay an amount of Rs.1,71,302/-.

After hearing the parties, it is fairly submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is ready and willing to pay the above amount in equal monthly installments. The respondent WBSEDCL is represented and does not object to the offer of the petitioner.

In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to pay an aggregate amount of Rs.1,71,302/- in seven consecutive monthly installments commencing from 2nd February, 2026 subject to the respondent WBSEDCL

restoring the electricity connection at the subject premises after payment of all statutory charges. It is made clear that in default of any one installment, the WBSEDCL is be at liberty to disconnect the electricity connection and take necessary steps in accordance with law.

With the above directions, WPA 10561 of 2025 stands disposed of.
