Statements of witnesses under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure show that the petitioners while committing the offence had uttered their own names thereby disclosing their identities to the witnesses. In view of the aforesaid materials on record and the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
