2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party nos. 1, 2 and 4 is also present.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has not pressed the prayer for setting aside the order assailed in this revisional application.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that necessary direction be given to the learned trial court for expeditious disposal of this suit which is pending since 2013.

5. Considering the nature of prayer, learned trial

Judge is requested to dispose of the Ejectment Suit No. 114 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible without giving unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.

6. With the above observation, the instant revisional application is disposed of.

7. All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official web site of this Court.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
