Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner files a document to show that copy of the writ petition has been served upon the respondents concerned but none appears for the respondents. Mr. Banerjee, learned Advocate who generally appears in this type of cases is engaged to represent the respondents concerned along with his junior Mr. Abhradip Maity. Their appearance shall be regularised by the authority concerned. Considering the prayer made in the writ petition and in view of the fact that without making any demand justice/representation for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, it has filed this writ petition, I am not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner in this writ petition except granting liberty to the petitioner to make representation before the respondents concerned for redressal of its grievance raised in this writ petition within two weeks from date and if such representation is made by the petitioner

within the time stipulated herein, the respondent concerned shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorised representative within four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.

With this observation and direction, this writ petition being WPA 10061 of 2022 is disposed of. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J. )
