The writ petitioner is aggrieved by valuation indicated by the Additional Registrar of Assurance (A.R.A. - III), Kolkata of his property situated and lying at 8/3F, Gurudas Dutta Garden Lane, P.S.- Ultadanga, Kolkata. The petitioner has preferred an appeal on November 10, 2020 and has reiterated the same on January 20, 2021.

In those circumstances, the respondent no.

3, the Deputy Inspector General of Registration shall consider the writ petitioner's representation/appeal dated January 20, 2021 within a period of one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The petitioner and/or his legal representatives shall be heard and a reasoned order may be passed and the same may be

communicated to the petitioner within a period of 7 days thereof.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
