Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime and as his prayer for bail was rejected in March, 2022 and there is hardly any change in circumstance since the said rejection of bail by this court, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
