No. 29 KAUSHIK REJECTED C.R.M.(A) 1875 of 2023 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Rejinagar Police Station Case No. 304 of 2022 dated 27.11.2022 under Sections 341/323/326/307/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The photographs of the injuries available in the case diary suggest that there was an attempt on the life of the victim.

The victim suffered grievous hurt.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1875 of 2023 is dismissed.
