This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the action of the respondent WBGST authority blocking its input tax credit by the impugned letter dated 25th April, 2022 and the action of the respondent concerned sitting over the representation made by it on 30th April, 2022 as well as petitioner's reply dated 14th April, 2022 against the impugned show cause notice.

Considering the submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 10062 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent officer concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 30th April, 2022 made against the action of the

blocking of ITC of the petitioner in accordance with law and by passing and speaking order and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorized representatives and shall also take into consideration the judgement, petitioner wants to rely, within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With this observation and direction this writ petition stands disposed of.
