A Notice Inviting e-Tender dated April 24, 2025 published by the Additional District Magistrate (ICDS), Murshidabad (Annexure P10, p.72) is impugned in the instant writ petition.

The petitioner submits that the credentials fixed in the NIeT are very harsh and that the same has been tailor made only for a particular candidate. 3.

The court is of the opinion that the terms and conditions of a tender document are fixed as per the requirement of the authority. The tender issuing authority is the best person to decide as to what would be the appropriate terms and conditions on which the successful bidder is to be selected. It is not for the court to fix up any terms and conditions or credentials of any tender process.

In view of the above, the court is not inclined to interfere in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
