Petitioner has approached this Court with prayers 15.05.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.15 Rakib for deputing police personnel for completion of measurement work and for repair of the boundary wall as the petitioner apprehends that the private respondents will disrupt the work of the petitioner.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondent nos. 7 to 14 is present.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr. Bellal Sk, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State is directed to represent the State. His appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

Having regard to the prayer so advanced in the writ petition, I am of the view that the said prayer should be advanced before the Civil Court, in case the Civil Court passes any direction upon the police authorities, in that case the police authorities would respect, obey and implement the order.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 10604 of 2023 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
