Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that deficit court fees have been paid against Entry No. A-7488 dated 26th July, 2021. He further submits that this matter is similar to one matter where order has been passed by this court in WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.) on 9th July, 2021. However, this order was carried to appeal and Appeal Court passed some directions, inter alia, relating to filing of representation. The order passed by this court has already been merged with the order of the learned Division Bench of this Court. Therefore, this court cannot pass a different order in this similar matter.

The writ petition being WPA 11260 of 2021 is disposed of.

This order will never be construed as extension

of the date of filing of representation.
