The grievance of the petitioner pertains to unlawful transfer of the subject plot of land to a third party behind the back of the petitioner. On behalf of the respondent KMDA, it is submitted that there is no decision taken in respect of the subject premises and the apprehension of the petitioner is premature and misconceived.

In view of the submission on behalf of the State, WPA No. 10070 of 2022 stands dismissed on the ground that the same is premature and the apprehension of the petitioner is without any basis.
